Shipments/Returns
Our objective is to offer the best quality and guarantee in your purchases. For that reason we offer the opportunity of null or return an order if the purchase has not satisfied you.
The articles travel by account and risk of the client, being including the transport in our invoice, calculated automatically. The buyer will be able to cancel the purchase in a maximum term of 7 days, from the day of reception of the merchandise, and will have to return it with its complete original packing and in perfect state. The returns will be sent to the address of the Publishing house and will be discounted the amount to reinverse by the caused expenses when shipping and returning the order.
